On the marketing communications side of our agency, president Joel Quigley's specialty is building brand community and culture to drive consumer, trade and media loyalty, and by extension, overall sustainability and success for our clients.

 

Joel has more than 28-years of experience in the wine and adult beverage industries. He's adept at brokering strategic partnerships with a focus on other lifestyle businesses such as music, fashion, art and film to create these culturally driven brand communities. These cross-promotional tactics inform a brand's narrative while also inspiring market-buzz, media coverage, as well as generating dynamic Social Media content.

Accounting

Creative Furnace's accounting department has performed as a consulting firm for hundreds of businesses over the past three decades. Led by CFO Cailyn McCauley, a Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor for both online and desktop, she's worked with sole proprietors making custom motorcycle luggage for Ducati owners to luxury wine estates to a computer component distribution company with $50 million-plus in annual sales.

Along with graduating summa cum laude in obtaining her associate degree in accounting, Cailyn has 10-years of experience in non-profit accounting and 9-years in construction accounting, as well as being highly skilled in forensic bookkeeping.
